Do you like music videos? Do you shoot music videos? Would you like to get more views for your videos? As you know, the KCBS is always looking for new content featuring our local musicians. On the front page of our website, we have a place where we are pulling in videos from YouTube. So far, thanks to blues fan John Carey, we have featured Meaza Joy and Haley Burke; the recent KCAF show with Danielle Nicole, Brandon Miller, Katy Guillen, and Stephanie Williams; and Brody Buster.
We are all about promoting our local blues, so show us what you shot! Please submit your YouTube links to newsletters@blueskc.org. Here are the requirements:
1. Video must be on YouTube and be public.
2. Video can be any length, but less than 2 minutes is ideal.
3. Video must feature local musicians or regional/national acts at a local venue.
4. Video must not contain any adult or political content.
5. Final determination of what gets posted will be the decision of the KCBS Web Admin.
